Phone Consultations Phone consultations are billed at $300.00 per hour. Phone consultations are by appointment only and can be scheduled in 15 minute increments. Once the date and time of your appointment has been established, a $75.00 appointment fee must be paid to confirm and schedule your appointment. If a date and time has been established for your appointment and the $75.00 appointment fee has not been paid prior to the date and time established for your appointment, the appointment will not be scheduled and no phone consultation will take place. The $75.00 appointment fee will be credited toward the total cost of your phone consultation. For example, if the total time of your phone consultation is 1 hour, the total cost to you would be $225.00 (which is the $300.00 hourly rate minus the $75.00 appointment fee). If a date and time has been established for your appointment, the $75.00 appointment fee has been paid, and you need to reschedule or cancel, you can choose to set up a new date and time for your appointment or get a full refund of your $75.00 appointment fee . It is 100% free for you to sign up for an account and make your appointment and consultation fee payments. Invoices are sent via email, fax , and/or certified mail to you following the phone consultation. Total payment of phone consultation invoices are due no later than 15 days after the date of the phone consultation appointment. Top priority for scheduling will be given to those who prepay the total cost of the phone consultation at the time when the appointment is scheduled. |
